Ingredients

  • For Kofta:
  • 50 gm Cooked and Coarsely Crushed American Corn Kernels.
  • 2 tbsp Cooked American Corn Kernels.
  • 2 tbsp Paneer.
  • 2 tbsp Boiled Potatoes.
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • 1/8 tsp Garam Masala.
  • 2-3 tbsp Dry Bread Crums.
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
  • Oil for frying.
  • For Curry:
  • 3 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion.
  • 2 Medium Size Tomato Puree.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • 1 tbsp Cashew Nuts Paste.
  • 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala.
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 3 tbsp Oil.
  • Some Fresh Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.

Instructions

  • Kofta Preparations:
  • First of all put coarsely crushed and cooked corn kernels in a bowl then add in boiled potatoes, paneer, onions, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic chilli paste, garam masala and dry bread crums.
  • Now mix all the spices and ingredients to make a nice mixture then make small size of koftas from entire mixture.
  • Now heat oil in a kadai, when oil gets hot put koftas in hot oil for frying, fry all the koftas till become nice golden brown then take out in a plate and keep aside.
  • Curry Preparations:
  • First of all heat oil in pan then add in cumin seeds, onions and cook onions till become light golden brown then add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for little time.
  • Now add in cashews paste and saute for little time, now add in tomato puree and cook till gravy leaves oil at edges.
  • Now add in salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix all the spices well then add water as per required and then add in fried koftas, kitchen king masala.
  • Now lower the heat, cover and cook it for 5-6 minutes, after 5-6 minutes turn the heat off and take out the delicious curry in a serving plate and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves and serve.
