Easy and Delicious Corn Rolls With Corn Curry Recipe.

  • For Corn Rolls:
  • 100 gm Boiled and Mashed Potatoes.
  • 100 gm Boiled American Corn Kernels.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Dry Bread Crums as per required.
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour.
  • Oil for Frying.
  • For Corn Curry:
  • 2 tbsp Cooked and Crushed American Corn Kernels.
  • 2 tbsp Cooked American Corn Kernels.
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Onions.
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce.
  • 1-2 tbsp Corn Flour Slurry.
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce.
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.
  • Pinch of Ajinomoto.
  • 1 tsp Vinegar.
  • 1 tsp Sugar.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • Some Coriander Leaves for garnishing.


  • Corn Rolls Preparations:
  • First of all churn the half of corn kernels in chilli cutter, now put boiled and mashed potatoes in a bowl then add in salt, ginger garlic chilli paste, coriander leaves, onions and mix all the things well and make rolls from it.
  • Now sprinkle corn flour on rolls and roll the rolls on flour well so they get coated nicely, now take about 1 tbsp corn flour in a bowl then add in little water and make slurry by stirring well.
  • Now spread bread crums on a plate then dip the rolls in slurry then roll on bread crums, make all the rolls ready similarly, now heat oil in a kadai then fry all the rolls in hot oil till become nice golden brown then take out in a plate, corn rolls are ready.
  • Corn Curry Preparations:
  • First of all heat oil in a pan then put onions in hot oil and cook it till become light golden brown, now add in ginger garlic chilli paste, crushed corn kernels, cooked corn kernels and saute for little time.
  • Now add in water as per required, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, ajinomoto, green chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt as per required.
  • Mix all the things well and let it cook for little time or till starts bubbling, now add in corn flour slurry and cook the gravy till get little thick, when it becomes thick turn the heat off and delicious curry is ready.
  • Now first of all put corn flour curry in a bowl then put corn rolls, finally garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
