  • 5-6 Cooked or Leftover Chapatis.
  • 1 Medium Size Thinly Chopped Onion.
  • 1 Medium Size Thinly Chopped Capsicum.
  • 50 gm Thinly Chopped Cabbage.
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic and Ginger.
  • 1 tsp Vinegar.
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.
  • 1 Pinch Ajinomoto.
  • 1 tsp Sugar.
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour Slurry.
  • 1-2 Drops of Orange Food Colour.
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.


  • First of all take cooked Chapatis and make roll then cut them with a knife to make thin strips like of noodles and keep aside.
  • Now heat oil in a pan then put finely chopped ginger and garlic in hot oil, flame of gas should be high, now add in chopped cabbage, capsicum, onions and saute them well at high heat for little time.
  • Now add in salt, soy sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto, tomato ketchup, sugar, 2-3 tbsp water, orange food colour and corn flour slurry so you get nice binding.
  • Now add in thin strips of Chapati and mix well with all the spices and cook it for 1 minute, after 1 minute turn the heat off and serve the delicious Chapati noodles hot.
