Quick and Easy Adai Dosa Recipe.

  • 1 Cup Rice.
  • 1 tbsp Split Bengal Gram or Chana Dal.
  • 1 tbsp Split Green Gram or Moong Dal.
  • 1 tbsp Split Red Gram or Tuvar Dal.
  • 1 tbsp Split Black Gram or Udad Dal.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger.
  • 8-10 Garlic Cloves.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • ΒΌ tsp Fruit Salt.
  • 3 Dry Red Chillies.
  • 6-8 Curry Leaves.
  • Oil as per required.
  • Coconut Chutney for serving.


  • First of all take rice, chana dal, moong dal, udad dal, tuvar dal in bowl and wash with water then soak them all in water for 3 hours.
  • After 3 hours drain the water and put all the dals and rice in mixer blender then add in ginger, garlic, red chillies, salt, curry leaves and blend all the ingredients till become smooth paste.
  • Now take out the batter in a bowl then add in fruit salt and mix well and put a non stick tawa on gas to heat.
  • Now put some batter on tawa and make a thin dosa then put some oil on it and cook till become crispy, make all the dosa ready similarly and serve with coconut chutney.
