Gulab Kheer Recipe | Indian Pudding | Easy Kheer Recipe
Quick and Easy Gulab Kheer Recipe.
- 50 gm Rice.
- 500 ml Milk.
- 3-4 tbsp Chopped Rose Leaves.
- 1 tbsp Gulkand.
- 1 tbsp Cream or Malai.
- 2 tbsp Sugar.
- 1 tbsp Almonds and Cashew Nuts.
Soak the rice in water for 1 hour, after 1 hour drain the water and put the rice in a pan with water to cook.
When rice get cooked add milk in it and cook it for 5 minutes at medium flame, after 5 minutes add in sugar, gulkand and cream or malai and cook it till milk get thick.
When milk become thick add in chopped rose leaves along with almonds and cashews, now cook it for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes turn the heat off and take out the kheer in soil kulhad and garnish with some rose leaves, almonds and serve.
