Quick and Easy Gulab Kheer Recipe.

  • 50 gm Rice.
  • 500 ml Milk.
  • 3-4 tbsp Chopped Rose Leaves.
  • 1 tbsp Gulkand.
  • 1 tbsp Cream or Malai.
  • 2 tbsp Sugar.
  • 1 tbsp Almonds and Cashew Nuts.


  • Soak the rice in water for 1 hour, after 1 hour drain the water and put the rice in a pan with water to cook.
  • When rice get cooked add milk in it and cook it for 5 minutes at medium flame, after 5 minutes add in sugar, gulkand and cream or malai and cook it till milk get thick.
  • When milk become thick add in chopped rose leaves along with almonds and cashews, now cook it for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes turn the heat off and take out the kheer in soil kulhad and garnish with some rose leaves, almonds and serve.
