  • 22 gm Fenugreek Seeds.
  • 32 gm Black Pepper.
  • 32 gm Cumin Seeds.
  • 10-12 Whole Kashmiri Red Chillies.
  • 8-10 Whole Masala Red Chillies.
  • 10-12 Green Cardamoms.
  • 4 gm Black Cardamoms.
  • 1 gm Cinnamon Stick.
  • 5-6 gm Bay Leaves.


  • First of all heat a pan then roast all the spices one by one on medium low flame.
  • Roast all the spices till they start releasing the good aroma.
  • After roasting the spices let them cool for few minutes then grind them in a mixture blender and make fine powder.
  • Store the kadai masala in a dry container and use as per your requirement.
