Quick and Easy Kadai Masala Powder Recipe.
- 22 gm Fenugreek Seeds.
- 32 gm Black Pepper.
- 32 gm Cumin Seeds.
- 10-12 Whole Kashmiri Red Chillies.
- 8-10 Whole Masala Red Chillies.
- 10-12 Green Cardamoms.
- 4 gm Black Cardamoms.
- 1 gm Cinnamon Stick.
- 5-6 gm Bay Leaves.
First of all heat a pan then roast all the spices one by one on medium low flame.
Roast all the spices till they start releasing the good aroma.
After roasting the spices let them cool for few minutes then grind them in a mixture blender and make fine powder.
Store the kadai masala in a dry container and use as per your requirement.
