First of all break a coconut and take out inner part, remove the black part from coconut then chop it into small pieces and put in mixture jar and churn it to make coarse mixture.
Now heat ghee in a kadai, add in rava or semolina and roast it at a medium flame till it releases the aroma, don’t cook semolina for long time just roast till starts releasing aroma.
Now add in coconut and cook it for 2 minutes, after 2 minutes turn the heat off and add in sugar, cashew nuts, almonds and mix all the things very well.
Now again turn the gas on and add in milk, cream and mix well, now cook it for another two minutes then add in tuti fruity and mix well, take out the mixture in a bowl.
Now take a ladoo mould and first put some cashews nuts, almonds and tuti fruity then put some mixture and press it gently, now un-mould the ladoo, make all the ladoos similarly.
