First of all heat oil in a non stick kadai, when oil gets hot add in ginger garlic paste and saute nicely then add in tomato ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
Now add in 2-3 tbsp water and cook till it starts boiling, when it starts boiling turn the heat off, bhel sauce is ready.
Now heat oil in a kadai then add in chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrots, onions and mix well then add in ajinomoto, salt, orange food colour and mix well.
Cook veggies for little time then immediately add in sauce because if you cook veggies for more time then they will become soft and not taste good.
After adding bhel sauce cook it for 1 minute then turn the heat off and let the bhel cool for some time, when it become cool put friend noodles in and mix well and serve.
After adding fried noodles serve the bhel immediately with salad otherwise noodles will become soft and not taste good.
