  • 10-12 Cooked Idli.
  • ¼ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
  • ½ tsp Chaat Masala.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Red Chilli Chutney.
  • 1 tsp Green Chutney.
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery Tamarind Chutney.
  • Besan Sev as per required.
  • Some Whipped Sweet Curd.
  • 2 tbsp Masala Peanuts.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.


  • First of all cut all the idli in four pieces, now heat oil in a non stick pan then add in kashmiri red chilli powder and chaat masala, make sure that oil should not be more hot else spices will burnt.
  • Now add in chaat masala then immediately add in idli and toss idli well for about 2-3 minutes then take out in a plate and let it cool.
  • Now put the tossed idli in a serving plate then put garlic red chilli chutney, green chutney, jaggery tamarind chutney and whipped curd on top of it.
  • Now put some besan sev, masala peanuts and finally garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves and serve.
