Quick and Easy Idli Chaat Recipe.
- 10-12 Cooked Idli.
- ¼ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
- ½ tsp Chaat Masala.
- 1 tsp Garlic Red Chilli Chutney.
- 1 tsp Green Chutney.
- 1 tbsp Jaggery Tamarind Chutney.
- Besan Sev as per required.
- Some Whipped Sweet Curd.
- 2 tbsp Masala Peanuts.
- 1 tbsp Oil.
- Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.
First of all cut all the idli in four pieces, now heat oil in a non stick pan then add in kashmiri red chilli powder and chaat masala, make sure that oil should not be more hot else spices will burnt.
Now add in chaat masala then immediately add in idli and toss idli well for about 2-3 minutes then take out in a plate and let it cool.
Now put the tossed idli in a serving plate then put garlic red chilli chutney, green chutney, jaggery tamarind chutney and whipped curd on top of it.
Now put some besan sev, masala peanuts and finally garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves and serve.
