First of all put gram flour and rice flour in a bowl then add in rock salt, garam masala, salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, cloves powder, chaat masala and soda.
Now add water as per required and make thick batter from all the ingredients, make sure that consistency of batter should be as thick as it can stick on peanuts.
Now heat oil in kadai, when oil gets heated lower the heat, now put the peanuts in batter and dip nicely, now put the peanuts in oil and fry till become nice golden brown then take out in a plate and let them cool.
Make sure that heat should be lower while frying and layer of batter on peanuts should be thin otherwise they’ll become soft and not taste good.
For making sprinkling masala take a bowl and put in chaat masala, rock salt, garam masala, red chilli powder and mix all the spices well and the masala is ready.
When sing bhujia become cool sprinkle the masala on it and mix well and serve the delicious sing bhujia and enjoy.
