First of all smash the black gram, make sure that they should be granule not too powder, don’t overcook the black gram, now put the smashed black gram in bowl and keep aside.
Now heat oil in a non stick kadai then put in onion and cook till become transparent, now add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for little time.
Now add in salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and turn the heat off, now put smashed black gram in it and mix well with all the spices then take out the mixture in a bowl.
Now smash the boiled potato and put in mixture along with lemon juice and mix well, now add in coriander leaves and again mix well, now make the small sizes of kebabs from entire mixture.
Now roll the kebabs on corn flour, now heat oil in a non stick tawa or pan and put the kebabs on it and shallow fry kebabs till become golden brown from both sides.
When kebabs become nice golden brown take out in a serving plate and serve with raw onion, lemon and hot green chutney and enjoy.
