Moong Dal Halwa Recipe | Instant Moong Dal Halwa | Indian Sweet
Easy and Delicious Moong Dal Halwa Recipe.
- 100 gm Coarsely Grinded Split Yellow Moong Lentils or Moong Dal.
- 50 gm Pure Ghee.
- 3 tbsp Sugar.
- 250 gm Milk.
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder.
- 1 tbsp Almonds.
- 2-3 Drops or Yellow Food Colour.
- 3-4 Pistachious.
- 1 tbsp Tutti Fruity.
First of all heat pure ghee in a nonstick pan then add in coarsely grinded moong dal and cook till fragrant releases from it and dal become light golden brown.
Now add in milk, yellow food colour and cook it till milk get reduced and it releases ghee.
Now add in sugar and cook till sugar get dissolves and its water get soaked then add in cardamom powder and mix well.
Now add in finely chopped almonds, pistachious and mix well then take out the delicious halwa in kulhad (Indian terracotta Cup) and garnish with some chopped almonds, pistachious and tutti fruity.
