First of all clean the bajra and soak in water for 12 hours, after 12 hours remove all the water and grind the bajra coarsely in a mixer grinder then take out flour in a bowl.
Now heat oil in a non stick pan, when oil gets heated add in cumin and mustard seeds and let them crackle, now add in finely chopped onion along with carrots and both till get soft.
Now add in capsicum and saute for little time then add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for little time, now add in turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and water as per required.
Now add in garam masala, tomatoes, coarsely grinded millet and moong lentil, now cover and cook it for 12-15 minutes at medium low heat, stir in between, when water get evaporated and khichadi get cooked turn the heat off.
Now take out the khichdi in a serving bowl nad garnish with coriander leaves, dry red chilies, tomato flower and serve hot.
