First of all put rice, chana dal and tuver dal in a mixer jar and grind them coarsely then take out flour in a bowl and add in butter milk and keep aside for 1 hour.
After 1 hour add in ginger garlic chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander leaves and mix all things very well, if batter seems to be thick then add little bit of water and make pouring consistency batter.
Now heat oil in a tadka pan, add in mustard seeds and let it slather, when mustard seeds starts slathering add in coarsely grinded peanuts and coriander and immediately put this tadka in batter.
Now add little bit of salt along with soda in batter and mix it well.
Now take small tea disposal glasses and grease them with oil then put 2-2 tsp of batter in glasses, now put them in a steamer and steam them for 10-12 minutes.
After 10-12 minutes check it with knife if knife comes out clean that means kapuria dhokla are ready or else cook for further few minutes.
Now take out the glasses from steamer and un-mould the kapuria dhoklas from glasses and serve hot with peanuts oil and pickle masala.
