First of all take a big mixing bowl then add in cooked rice, millet flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, achar masala, jaggery, curd, sesame seeds, ajwain, garlic chilli paste and make nice dough from all the ingredients.
Now make small size of balls from entire dough, take a plastic sheet and grease it with oil then put a dough ball at centre of sheet, now take another sheet and grease it also with oil and put on dough ball.
Now with the help of rolling pin roll out the dough ball with soft hands to make round shape of thepla, make sure that thepla should be little thick, if you make thin thepla they it may break.
Now heat a griddle or tawa on gas, grease it with some oil then put one thepla on tawa, cook thepla both the sides well by putting oil on it, make all the theplas ready this way.
You can serve this healthy and delicious rice thepla with sweet pickle or tea and enjoy.
