  • 250 gm Wheat Flour.
  • 75-100 gm Jaggery.
  • 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds.
  • Oil as per required.
  • Water as per required.


  • First of all take wheat flour in a big mixing bowl then cut the jaggery in small pieces and add in bowl, now add water as per required and mix wheat flour and jaggery well.
  • Now add in fennel seeds and make nice batter from it, make sure that batter should be spread nicely so make this kind of consistency of batter.
  • Now cover and keep batter aside for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes mix the batter well.
  • Now heat iron griddle or tawa (you can use non stick pan also) on gas, when it becomes hot grease it with oil then put some batter on it and spread it round pan cake shape.
  • Cook the pan cake for little time then put some oil around the pan cake and change the side and cook another side for little time.
  • After cooking pan cake both the sides take out in a serving plate and serve hot.
