  • 3 Big Ripe Red Guava Cubes.
  • Sugar as per taste.
  • Pinch of Salt.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice.
  • 2 Glass Cold Water.
  • Few Mint Leaves for Garnishing.
  • 3 Thin Slices of Lemon for Garnishing.


  • First of all rinse the guavas in water and cut in small cubes then add salt and sugar.
  • Add little water and blend the guavas to a smooth pulp.
  • Always remember whenever you blend fruits with seeds you can use mixer button reverse swing so it won’t crush seeds.
  • Now add pulp to a juice strainer lined on top of a bowl using a spoon stir the pulp so that the smooth puree will extracted in bowl.
  • Use the back side of a spoon to push against that guava pulp and as much as possible.
  • Refrigerate it for at least 1 to 2 hours and serve chilled garnished with mint leaves and lemon slices.
  • For garnishing take a juice glass and add 2-3 fresh crushed mint leaves then add crushed ice and again add 2-3 crushed mint leaves, now pour the guava juice and finally place the lemon slices and enjoy.
