Quick and Easy Onion Pickle Recipe.

  • 2 Big Finely Chopped Onion.
  • ½ Cup Oil.
  • 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Some Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.


  • Take a metal bowl and add chopped onion, salt and red chili powder.
  • Mix it with your figure tips nicely, take oil in a tadka pan and heat it extreme level, once oil get hot add it to onion mixture.
  • Onion will cooked automatically in contact with hot oil and again mix this mixture properly with spoon.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves, now “Kandya Cha Thecha” ready for taste, you can serve this with roti or bhakhri.


You can also store this Thecha/Chutney for 2-3 days in glass container.
