Quick and Easy Onion Pickle Recipe.

Big Finely Chopped Onion.
Red Chilli Powder.
Salt to taste.
Some Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
Take a metal bowl and add chopped onion, salt and red chili powder.
Mix it with your figure tips nicely, take oil in a tadka pan and heat it extreme level, once oil get hot add it to onion mixture.
Onion will cooked automatically in contact with hot oil and again mix this mixture properly with spoon.
Garnish it with coriander leaves, now “Kandya Cha Thecha” ready for taste, you can serve this with roti or bhakhri.
You can also store this Thecha/Chutney for 2-3 days in glass container.
