Quick and Easy Sabudana Namkeen Recipe.

Ingredients

  • 200 gm Sago.
  • Some Makhana.
  • 50 gm Almonds.
  • 50 gm Peanuts.
  • Around 1 tbsp Raisins.
  • 8-10 Small Pieces of Dry Coconut.
  • ΒΌ tsp Black Pepper.
  • 2 tsp Powdered Sugar.
  • Halite or Sendha Namak as per taste.
  • Oil for frying.

Instructions

  • First of all put around 1 tsp water in sago and mix well, keep sago aside for 5-7 minutes, now heat oil in a pan, when oil gets little hot add in almonds and fry them little then take out in plate.
  • Now in the same oil put peanuts and fry till it changes colour then take out in plate, now fry the makhanas in same oil for few seconds then take out in plate.
  • Now in the same oil fry the dry coconut pieces till become light golden brown in colour then take out in plate, now fry the sago in little hot oil till they cook nicely then take out in plate.
  • Now take all the fried ingredients in a big bowl then add in raisins, black pepper, sendha namak and powdered sugar, now mix all the ingredients well with help of spoon, healthy and delicious sabudana namkeen is ready to serve.
