  • 4 Cup Leftover Rice You can also use fresh boiled rice.
  • 1 Finely Chopped Green Capsicum.
  • 1 Finely Chopped Red Capsicum.
  • 2 tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn Kernels.
  • 1 Peeled and Chopped Apple.
  • 1 ½ Inch Grated Ginger.
  • 2 tbsp Gram Flour.
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala.
  • ¼ tsp Fennel Powder.
  • ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • ¼ tsp Coriander Powder.
  • ¼ tsp Chaat Masala and Amchoor.
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • Oil for frying.


  • First of all mash the rice with hands then add in green capsicum, red capsicum, corn kernels, apple, ginger, garam masala, fennel powder, coriander powder, amchoor and chaat masala, red chilli powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients very well then add salt according to taste, lemon juice and again mix well, now add gram flour and mix well with all the ingredients, mixture is ready.
  • Now apply little oil in hands, take little mixture and make small round balls from entire veggies mixture.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan at high heat for frying balls, when oil gets heated lower the flame and put 4-5 balls in oil for frying, turn the side after 1 minute so they can be cooked nicely from every side.
  • Fry all the balls similarly then take out in a kitchen napkin and serve with chutney of your choice.
