Quick and Easy Bombay Tomato Pulao Recipe.

  • 1 Big Bowl Boiled Rice.
  • ½ Cup Frozen Green Peas.
  • 1 Roughly Chopped Tomato.
  • 1 Finely Chopped Tomato.
  • 1 Green Chilli Cut From Centre.
  • ½ Chopped Capsicum.
  • Cumin Seeds.
  • Turmeric Powder.
  • Maggi Masala Without Onion and Garlic.
  • Some Curry Leaves.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.


  • First of all heat oil in a pan, when oil gets heated add in cumin seeds and capsicum, roast them for few seconds then add in green peas, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes and mix all the things well.
  • Now add in green chilli, finely chopped tomato, salt and mix well, cover and cook for 2 minutes at medium heat.
  • After 2 minutes add in maggi masala and mix well with other spices then add little water then boiled rice and mix well.
  • Now add little more water and cover it with lead and cook for 1 minute at medium flame, after 1 minute turn the heat off and take the yummy street food style pulao in a serving plate and garnish with little butter and enjoy.
