First of all dry roast the seeds in a pan, stir continuously so they don’t get burnt, when seeds start crackling take them out in a plate.
Now in the same pan put ghee then add almonds and fry them at medium heat till become light brown, stir them continuously, don’t fry much else they’ll taste bitter, take them out in a plate.
Now in the same ghee put dry coconut and fry them also till become light golden brown then take out in plate, now put makhane in same ghee and fry them little then turn the heat off and take out them in plate.
Now add raisins, black pepper and sendha namak in all the fried ingredients and mix well and serve.
