  • 1 Cup Kuttu Flour.
  • 1 Sliced Potato.
  • Black Pepper.
  • Halite or Rock Salt according to taste.
  • Oil for deep frying.


  • First of all put salt and black pepper in kuttu flour and mix well then add little water and make nice batter from it, make sure that there should be no lumps left in mixture.
  • Consistency of batter should be dropping, keep the mixture aside for 5 minutes.
  • Now heat oil in a kadai, when oil gets heated take one potato slice dip in batter nicely then directly put in oil and fry at medium heat till become light golden brown.
  • Turn the pakoras so they can be cook nicely from every side, fry all the pakoras similarly, now take out the pakoras in a kitchen napkin then serve them hot and enjoy.
