First of all heat oil in a pan, when oil gets heated add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for 1 minute at medium low heat.
Now add in finely chopped cabbage, onion, carrots and capsicum, saute all veggies for little time then add in soy sauce, ajinomoto, salt and vinegar.
Now saute mixture for 1-2 minutes at high heat, make sure that veggies should remain crunchy.
Now take out the veggies mixture in bowl and let it cool down for few minutes, when mixture become cool add in boiled potatoes and mix well then add in dry bread crums for binding and mix well.
Now take little mixture in palm and give shape of fingers, make all the fingers similarly from entire mixture, now sprinkle corn flour on every veggie fingers, sprinkle corn flour with care if any space left then veggie fingers may break while frying.
Now heat oil in a deep pan for frying, when oil gets put 2-3 veggie fingers in and fry till become golden brown and crunchy from outside, fry all the veggie fingers similarly then take out in a serving plate and serve with soy chilli sauce.
For making soy chilli sauce take a small bowl then add in 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp water, mix all the things well then add roasted sesame seeds and the soy chilli sauce is ready.
