  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cabbage.
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Spring Onion Greens.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrot.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic and Ginger.
  • 2 Cup Vegetable Stock or Water.
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce.
  • 1 tsp Vinegar.
  • Pinch of Ajinomoto.
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour Mixed in Water.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • Fried Noodles according to need.


  • First of all heat oil in a nonstick pan, add in garlic and ginger and saute it for little time, make sure that they should not burnt.
  • Now add in finely chopped cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, salt, ajinomoto and cook all the veggies at high heat for 2 minutes.
  • Now ad in vegetable stock or water and mix well, now add in soy sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar, now cook it till starts boiling, when it starts boiling add in water and corn flour and again cook it for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes add in spring onion greens and cook it for 1 minute then turn the heat off, take one soup bowl first put fried noodles then add in soup and garnish with some spring onions and serve hot.
