  • 250 gm Drumsticks.
  • 3-4 tbsp Curd.
  • 2-3 tbsp Ginger Garlic, Green Chilli, groundnuts, sesame seeds coarsely grinded paste.
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds.
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • 1 tsp Gram Flour.
  • ½ tsp Chilli Garlic Paste.
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1-2 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • 3 tbsp Oil.


  • First of all cut all the drumsticks then add in pressure cooker and cook them for 3 whistles then take out in a bowl and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan, when oil gets heated add in cumin seeds, when it starts slathering add in ginger, garlic, groundnut paste and saute it till become light golden brown.
  • Now add in gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chilli garlic paste and cook it for 30 seconds then add in curd.
  • Mix all the things well then add in water and salt along with drumsticks and garam masala, now cover and cook it for 10 minutes at medium low heat.
  • After 10 minutes turn the heat off, add in coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, chapatti or bajre ka rotla and enjoy.
