gm Raw Mango.

gm Split Fenugreek Seeds
Methi na Kuriya.

gm Split Mustard Seeds
Rai na Kuriya.

Red Chilli Powder.

Turmeric Powder.
Instructions
First of all remove seeds from gunda and cut it into two parts. Make small cubes of mangoes.
In one bowl put chopped gunda and mango.
Put all the spices in and mix well.
Keep it in glass jar.
Notes
Consume within three days and keep it in refrigerator.
