  • 200 gm Gunda.
  • 100 gm Raw Mango.
  • 25 gm Split Fenugreek Seeds Methi na Kuriya.
  • 25 gm Split Mustard Seeds Rai na Kuriya.
  • 1 tsp Salt.
  • 1 tsp Sugar.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder.


  • First of all remove seeds from gunda and cut it into two parts. Make small cubes of mangoes.
  • In one bowl put chopped gunda and mango.
  • Put all the spices in and mix well.
  • Keep it in glass jar.


Consume within three days and keep it in refrigerator.
