  • Ingredients for Manchurian Balls:
  • 2-3 tbsp Corn Flour or All Purpose Flour.
  • 100 gm Finely Chopped Cabbage.
  • 50 gm Finely Chopped Capsicum.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Spring Onion Greens.
  • 3 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrot.
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • ½ tsp Orange Food Colour.
  • ½ tsp Soy Sauce.
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Sauce.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • Oil for deep Frying.
  • Ingredients for Dry Masala:
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Cabbage.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onion.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Carrot.
  • 2 tbsp Cabbage.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Spring Onion Greens.
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce.
  • Pinch of Ajinomoto.
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • 1 tsp Orange Food Colour.
  • ½ tsp Vinegar.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour Soaked in Water.
  • 2 tbsp Oil.


  • First of all for making Manchurian balls take one big mixing bowl add in finely chopped carrot, capsicum, onions, spring onion greens, cabbage, ginger chilli paste, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, salt and orange food colour.
  • Now mix all the ingredients very well then add in corn flour or all purpose flour again mix well, now add in little water and mix well and make small balls from it.
  • Now heat oil in deep pan, when oil get heated fry the Manchurian balls till become golden brown then take out in a plate and keep aside.
  • Now heat oil in another pan, when it gets heated add in ginger garlic paste and saute it for little time then add in chopped onions, cabbage, capsicum and carrot, cook all the veggies for 1 minute at high heat.
  • Now add in soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, ajinomoto, little water, food colour and mix it well then add in Manchurian balls.
  • Now mix it well and cook it for little time at high heat then add in little more water and 1 tsp corn flour paste and cook for 2 minutes at high heat.
  • After 2 minutes turn the heat off and take out the dry Manchurian in a serving plate and garnish with spring onions greens and enjoy.
