Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Boiled Basmati Rice.
  • 2 Small Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
  • 1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Carrot.
  • 1 Finely Chopped Capsicum.
  • 3 tbsp boiled green peas.
  • 1 Finely Chopped Beetroot.
  • 2 tbsp Cashew Nuts and Raisins.
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Garlic.
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • 2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies.
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
  • 2 tbsp Pulao Masala.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • 2 tbsp Oil.

Instructions

  • First of all heat oil in a nonstick pan, when oil become hot add cumin seeds, when cumin seeds stats slathering add chopped onions and carrots and cook it for little time.
  • Now add chopped capsicum and cook it little then add ginger garlic paste along with green chillies and cook the mixture well.
  • Now add tomatoes and mix well, after 1 minute add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, pulao masala, salt and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Now add green peas and beetroot and cook it for 30 seconds then add cashew nuts and raisins and mix well, now add boiled basmati rice along with green garlic and mix rice well with other ingredients.
  • Finally add coriander leaves mix well and serve the delicious mix veg pulao and enjoy.
