Quick and Easy Indian Fasting Recipe.
- 1 Large Sweet Potato.
- Oil for Frying.
- Halite to Taste Sendha Namak.
First of all cut sweet potato into long wedges like French fries then soak them in ice cold water for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature.
Now drain the water and pat dry potatoes with clean towel, heat oil in a kadai for deep frying, make sure that oil should be very hot.
Now put the wedges in oil, fry them until become golden brown, crispy and tender, now take them out in a tissue paper so the excess oil absorbs.
Keep them warm in the oven while frying remaining batches so it will not get soft, after frying all the fries take them in a bowl and spread few salt for seasoning and enjoy the fries.
