  • 170 gm All Purpose Flour or Maida.
  • 200 gm Condensed Milk.
  • 4-5 Pineapple Rings.
  • 90 gm Butter.
  • 180 ml Milk.
  • 50 gm Desiccated Coconut.
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder.
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda.
  • 2 tsp Melted Butter.
  • 3 tsp Brown Sugar.
  • 2-3 Drops of Vanilla Essence.
  • Few Cherries for Garnishing.
  • Pineapple Crush for Garnishing.
  • Whipped Cream for Garnishing.


  • Sieve the maida, baking powder and baking soda twice.
  • Mix the condensed milk and butter well then add milk into it and again mix it well.
  • Now add maida mixture into the condensed milk mixture and mix it well.
  • Now add vanilla essence and desiccated coconut, mix it well.
  • Now pre heat the oven at 160 degree celsius then Take a 7 inch tin, grease it with butter.
  • Now sprinkle some brown sugar on it then place the pineapple rings.
  • Now add the cake mixture into the tin, keep the tin in a pre-heated oven at 160 degree celsius for 25-30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes take it out and let it cool then garnish with some pineapple crush, whipped cream and cherries.
