Sieve the maida, baking powder and baking soda twice.
Mix the condensed milk and butter well then add milk into it and again mix it well.
Now add maida mixture into the condensed milk mixture and mix it well.
Now add vanilla essence and desiccated coconut, mix it well.
Now pre heat the oven at 160 degree celsius then Take a 7 inch tin, grease it with butter.
Now sprinkle some brown sugar on it then place the pineapple rings.
Now add the cake mixture into the tin, keep the tin in a pre-heated oven at 160 degree celsius for 25-30 minutes.
After 30 minutes take it out and let it cool then garnish with some pineapple crush, whipped cream and cherries.
