First of all sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda together thrice, mix butter and condensed milk with an electric bitter.
Add the flour mixture into the condensed milk, mix it well with spoon and beat properly, add water in between then add vanilla essence and beat it well.
Pour the mixture in the 7 inch tin (Dusted), keep it in oven at 180 degree celsius for 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven, after 25 minutes give it a check and let it be cool, cut the cake into three layers.
Soak the first layer with sugar syrup, cover it with whipped cream, put some chopped oranges and pineapple pieces, place the second layer on it.
Soak it with sugar syrup, cover with whipped cream, put the kiwi crush on it and place the third layer of cake on it.
Again soak with sugar syrup, cover it with whipped cream, cover the whole cake with whipped cream and put the cake in fridge for 2-3 hours.
Decorate the cake with whipped cream and fruits of your choice.
