  • 200 gm Maida or All Purpose Flour.
  • 260 gm Condensed Milk.
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder.
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda.
  • 650 gm Whipped Cream.
  • 100 gm Butter.
  • 2-3 Drops of Vanilla Essence.
  • ½ Cup Chopped Oranges.
  • ½ Cup Chopped Pineapple.
  • 3 tbsp Kiwi Crush.
  • 6-7 tsp Sugar Syrup.
  • Some fruits of Your Choice for decoration.


  • First of all sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda together thrice, mix butter and condensed milk with an electric bitter.
  • Add the flour mixture into the condensed milk, mix it well with spoon and beat properly, add water in between then add vanilla essence and beat it well.
  • Pour the mixture in the 7 inch tin (Dusted), keep it in oven at 180 degree celsius for 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven, after 25 minutes give it a check and let it be cool, cut the cake into three layers.
  • Soak the first layer with sugar syrup, cover it with whipped cream, put some chopped oranges and pineapple pieces, place the second layer on it.
  • Soak it with sugar syrup, cover with whipped cream, put the kiwi crush on it and place the third layer of cake on it.
  • Again soak with sugar syrup, cover it with whipped cream, cover the whole cake with whipped cream and put the cake in fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • Decorate the cake with whipped cream and fruits of your choice.
