First of all pressure cooker moong dal for 2-3 whistles until it completely cooked then mash it and make creamy and keep aside.
Now heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, slit red chillies, round red chillies, garlic ginger chilli paste and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Now add chopped onions and saute till it gets transparent then add tomatoes and saute till get cooked keep stir in between.
Now add cooked moong dal and mix well, add salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder, mix well.
Now add 1 cup of water, mix well and cook on medium flame until dal get thick, now add coriander leaves and simmer for 3 minutes.
Now remove from flame add Kasuri methi, lemon juice and mix well, serve the delicious hot moong dal fry with roti or steamed rice and enjoy.
