Paneer Seekh Kebab Recipe | Vegetarian Kebab

Quick and Easy Paneer Seekh Kebab Recipe.

  • ¾ Cup Grated Paneer.
  • ½ Cup Grated Potato.
  • 3-4 tsp Corn Flour.
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder.
  • 1/3 tsp Amchoor Powder.
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala.
  • 2 Pinch Kasuri Methi.
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • Ghee for Brushing.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Skewers for Grilling.


  • First of all grate the paneer, boil potatoes then peel the skin and smash them well, mix both potatoes and paneer well.
  • Now in a big mixing bowl put all the ingredients and combine into a smooth dough, make sure that dough sticks to the skewers when you bind around them.
  • Grease the rods with oil, take small part of dough and press well around the rods, brush with ghee and grill on stove flame on all sides till it turns brown and smoky.
  • You can also bake it on gas flame either, alternatively you can bake it oven at 185 degree celsius for 15-20 minutes or till done, brush with ghee when you remove them.
  • Serve the delicious paneer seekh kebab with pudina chutney or sauce.
