Sweet Corn Kebab Recipe
Quick and Easy Sweet Corn Kebab Recipe.

- 2 Cup Corn Kernels.
- ½ Cup Boiled and Grated Potatoes.
- 2 tbsp Grated Cheddar Cheese.
- 2 tbsp Bread Crums.
- 2 Chopped Green Chillies.
- 2 tsp Chopped Ginger.
- ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder.
- ½ tsp Garam Masala.
- ½ tsp White Pepper Powder.
- 1 Pinch Mace Powder.
- Few Fresh Mint Leaves.
- Few Coriander Leaves.
- Salt to Taste.
- 3-4 tsp Refined Oil.
First of all grate corns then add all the ingredients in it and mix well.
Now divide the mixture into equal portions and give shape of kebabs.
Now heat oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry the kebabs over medium heat until crisp golden colour.
Serve the delicious sweet corn kebabs with mint chutney and enjoy.
