  • 2 Cup Corn Kernels.
  • ½ Cup Boiled and Grated Potatoes.
  • 2 tbsp Grated Cheddar Cheese.
  • 2 tbsp Bread Crums.
  • 2 Chopped Green Chillies.
  • 2 tsp Chopped Ginger.
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder.
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala.
  • ½ tsp White Pepper Powder.
  • 1 Pinch Mace Powder.
  • Few Fresh Mint Leaves.
  • Few Coriander Leaves.
  • Salt to Taste.
  • 3-4 tsp Refined Oil.


  • First of all grate corns then add all the ingredients in it and mix well.
  • Now divide the mixture into equal portions and give shape of kebabs.
  • Now heat oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry the kebabs over medium heat until crisp golden colour.
  • Serve the delicious sweet corn kebabs with mint chutney and enjoy.
