  • 2 Large Boiled and Mashed Potatoes.
  • ½ Cup Fresh Bread Crums.
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour.
  • ½ Cup Maida/All Purpose Flour.
  • ½ Cup Boiled and Crushed Corn Seeds.
  • 2 tsp Chilli Ginger Paste.
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice.
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala.
  • 1 tsp Powder Sugar.
  • 1 Pinch of Turmeric Powder.
  • Salt to Taste.
  • Oil for Deep Frying.


  • First of all in a mixing bowl put maida then add salt to taste, turmeric powder and 1 tbsp oil, mix it very well with water and make nice stiff dough, keep it aside.
  • In another mixing bowl put boiled and mashed potatoes then add boiled and crushed corn, bread crums, corn flour, chaat masala, red chilli powder, chilli ginger paste, garam masala, powder sugar, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  • Mix all the ingredients very well then add salt to taste, again mix it well and make a nice mixture, now make rolls from mixture.
  • Take dough prepared earlier, dust it with all purpose flour, roll out long chapatti from it, cut the long and thin strips from chapatti, take a roll and stick the strips like spiral on it, roll it very lightly.
  • Heat sufficient amount of oil for deep frying rolls, when oil get heated put all the rolls one by one in oil.
  • Cook it for 7-8 minutes or until they become golden brown, turn the side after every minute, delicious potato spiral is ready take it out and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
