Gond Pak Recipe | Indian Dessert Dish

  • 4 Cups Wheat Flour.
  • 1 ½ Cup Ghee.
  • 1 Cup Gum Dink.
  • 1 tbsp Almonds and Cashews.
  • 2 Cup Sugar for Syrup.
  • 1 tbsp Melon Seeds.
  • 3-4 Black Cardamoms.
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds.
  • 1 Cup Water.


  • First of all take a non stick pan, heat ghee and fry the gum on the slow flame till it will become bubbles and transparent then remove it from pan.
  • Now roast wheat flour in the remaining ghee till it becomes nice golden colour on slow heat.
  • Now crush the gum not powdered and add in roasted wheat flour.
  • Now chop almonds, cashews, cardamoms and poppy seeds, roast them for 2 minutes then cool it lightly.
  • Now add sugar and water together boil it to make 2 thread consistency syrup, now add dry mixture and mix all together.
  • Pour the mixture into greased tray, tap tightly to spread evenly, cover with foil and cut into any shapes as you want and serve it.
