First of all take a non stick pan, heat ghee and fry the gum on the slow flame till it will become bubbles and transparent then remove it from pan.
Now roast wheat flour in the remaining ghee till it becomes nice golden colour on slow heat.
Now crush the gum not powdered and add in roasted wheat flour.
Now chop almonds, cashews, cardamoms and poppy seeds, roast them for 2 minutes then cool it lightly.
Now add sugar and water together boil it to make 2 thread consistency syrup, now add dry mixture and mix all together.
Pour the mixture into greased tray, tap tightly to spread evenly, cover with foil and cut into any shapes as you want and serve it.
