Makhane ki Kheer Recipe

Easy and Healthy Makhane ki Kheer Recipe.

Ingredients

  • 25 gm Makhane.
  • ½ Litre Milk.
  • 1 tsp Almond Powder.
  • 50 gm Sugar.
  • 5 Threads of Saffron.
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder.
  • ½ tsp Desi Ghee or Pure Clarified Butter.

Instructions

  • First of all wash the makhane in water and keep it aside, heat desi ghee in a big pan, put the makhane in pan and roast it little.
  • Now add milk stir it nicely then add saffron threads and almond powder, mix it nicely, when milk starts boiling lower the heat and cook it for further few minutes.
  • Now add sugar and cardamom powder mix it well and cook it for just 1-2 minutes then turn the heat off and serve the delicious makhane ki kheer and garnish it with few chopped almonds.
