First of all in a big mixing bowl add wheat flour, gram flour, coriander leaves, coriander seeds and black pepper seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger chilli paste, curd, sugar, baking soda and oil.
Mix all the ingredients well then add salt to taste again mix it well, now add little milk and mix till become nice poury consistency mixture and keep aside for 3 hours.
Heat oil in pan, take 1 tbsp hot oil and add to mixture and mix well, now dip the spoon in oil, take little mixture in spoon and put in oil.
Fry the dakor na gota for 5-6 minutes at a medium flame, when gota become dark brown colour take them out.
Serve the tempting dakor na gota and have it with tea or coffee or tomato ketchup.
