First of all in a big mixing bowl add gram flour, salt to taste, baking soda, asafoetida, curd and water, mix it well to make batter (consistency should be not too much thick or thin), outer layer is ready keep aside.
Take another big mixing bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, ginger chilli paste, onions, dabeli masala (you can also use garam masala instead of Dabeli masala), lemon juice, turmeric powder and coriander leaves.
Mix all the ingredients properly to make stuffing for pakora and keep aside.
Take one slice of bread apply green chutney evenly then put little stuffing on it and spread evenly.
Take another slice of bread apply garlic chutney evenly then put this slice on top of stuffed slice, make all the bread pakora ready similarly.
Heat oil for deep frying, now cut all the pakodas in four triangles, dip the triangle pakoras in batter (mix the batter well before dipping pakoras) and put in oil for deep frying.
Fry the pakoras for 3-4 minutes or until they become golden brown, take them out in a serving plate and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
