First of all in a heavy bottom add milk and boil it, now reduce heat and let it simmer for half an hour, stirring continuously and reduces the milk.
Crush green cardamoms with sugar, in another pan heat ghee, add rajgira and roast slightly.
Now add milk to it and bring it to boil, cook it for 5 minutes.
Now add cardamom powder, sugar and simmer for another 5 minutes, now add almonds and pistachios slices then stir well.
Now remove it from heat, serve it hot and enjoy the rajgira kheer.
