For outer layer of pakora, in a big mixing bowl add gram flour, salt to taste, pinch of soda, pinch of asafoetida and water.
Now mix it well, make sure that there should be no lumps, make nice batter and keep aside.
For inner part of pakora, add cream to the mix nuts, mix well and keep aside, now take another big mixing bowl add potatoes, paneer, bread crums, corn flour, salt, spinach, chaat masala and coriander leaves.
Now mix all the ingredients well and make nice mixture, take little mixture in hand make thick layer stuff little nuts mixture at centre, fold it and make ball shape pakora (If you are not able to bind balls then add more boiled and mashed potatoes), make all the pakoras ready this way.
Heat oil for deep frying pakoras, mix gram flour batter well, dip the pakoras in batter and directly put in oil for deep frying, fry the pakoras until become light golden brown.
Take them out in a serving plate and garnish with chaat masala, pepper powder and red chilli powder (You can also avoid if you don’t like) and serve with tomato ketchup.
