Rajgira Puri Recipe for Fast

  • 1 Cup Rajgira Flour.
  • 2 tbsp Ghee.
  • 1 Big Boiled and Mashed Potato.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • Halite or Sendha Namak to Taste.
  • Red Chilli Powder as Per Taste.
  • Oil for Deep Frying.


  • First of all in a big mixing bowl add rajgira flour, ghee, boiled and mashed potato, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Knead it well and make smooth dough from it, now make small balls from the dough and roll them out in round shape, it should be thick not much thin.
  • In a deep bottom kadai heat oil at medium high flame for deep frying puris, when oil gets hot enough, fry the puris till become golden brown.
  • Once done take out the puris in tissue paper so the excess oil get soaked, serve the
  • delicious rajgira puris with aloo ki Sabji or shrikhand and enjoy.
