First of all in a big mixing bowl add rajgira flour, ghee, boiled and mashed potato, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients well.
Knead it well and make smooth dough from it, now make small balls from the dough and roll them out in round shape, it should be thick not much thin.
In a deep bottom kadai heat oil at medium high flame for deep frying puris, when oil gets hot enough, fry the puris till become golden brown.
Once done take out the puris in tissue paper so the excess oil get soaked, serve the
delicious rajgira puris with aloo ki Sabji or shrikhand and enjoy.
