First of all heat 3 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, clove and cinnamon powder, chilli ginger paste and saute it for few seconds then add sesame seeds and cook it little.
Now add toor green seeds and mix it well, now add sugar, lemon juice, coconut powder, garam masala, raisins, coriander leaves and salt to taste, mix all the ingredients well and cook for couple of minutes, stuffing is ready turn the heat off and let it cool at room temperature.
Take a big mixing bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, fresh bread crums, salt to taste and pepper powder, mix all the ingredients well and make a nice potato mixture like a dough, outer layer is also ready.
Make small balls of equal sizes from the stuffing, apply little oil in hands, take little amount of dough made from potato mixture, make thick flat layer from it, put stuffing ball at the centre and cover it, make all the pattes like this way.
Heat oil for frying the patties, put pattes in oil for frying, after 2 minutes upside down or turn the side and cook it until become golden brown.
Take the patties out from oil, drain the excess oil and serve the delicious toor patties with green chutney or red chutney or tomato ketchup.
