Simple Tomato Soup Recipe

Healthy and Delicious Tomato Soup Recipe.

  • 3 Tomatoes.
  • 3 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves.
  • ½ tbsp Black Pepper.
  • 1 tbsp Butter.
  • 1 tsp Finely Chopped Parsley.
  • Salt to Taste.
  • Sugar as Required.
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour dissolved in little Water.


  • First of all boil and peel tomatoes then blend to make puree it.
  • Heat butter in a pan, add garlic cloves and saute it for 1 minute at low flame.
  • Now add black pepper, tomato puree and parsley and mix well then add 2 cups water, salt and sugar.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and let the soup boil for 5-10 minutes on medium low flame.
  • Now add mixture of corn flour and water, stir well and again cook it for another 1 minute.
  • After 1 minute turn the heat off and garnish the soup with parsley and enjoy.
