First of all boil and peel tomatoes then blend to make puree it.
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic cloves and saute it for 1 minute at low flame.
Now add black pepper, tomato puree and parsley and mix well then add 2 cups water, salt and sugar.
Mix all the ingredients well and let the soup boil for 5-10 minutes on medium low flame.
Now add mixture of corn flour and water, stir well and again cook it for another 1 minute.
After 1 minute turn the heat off and garnish the soup with parsley and enjoy.
