  • 80 gm Plain Flour.
  • 20 gm Cocoa Powder.
  • ΒΌ tsp Baking Soda.
  • 70-90 ml Water.
  • 350 gm Whipped Cream.
  • 130 gm Condensed Milk.
  • 50 gm Margarine / Butter.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence.
  • Tinned Cherries.
  • Shredded Cooking Chocolate.
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder.
  • 1 Cup Sugar Syrup.


  • Add plain flour, baking powder or soda, cocoa powder and sieve it well. Pre heat the oven at 190 degree celsius.
  • Beat margarine or butter & condensed milk together well, add cocoa powder beat well, now add some water and vanilla essence and again beat well.
  • Grease the seven inch tin and dust with flour, pour better in it and bake at 190 degree celsius for 30 minutes.
  • Allow to cool the cake for few hours and slice horizontally, sprinkle some sugar syrup on both the parts, place some whipped cream on the lower half and spread it evenly and arrange chopped cherries on it.
  • Cover it with the other half and coat the cake with whipped cream, pipe out scrolls on the borders.
  • Decorate the cake with shredded chocolate and cherries.
