First of all remove the water from boiled soya chunks, then grind it in a mixer blender.
Now add gram flour and 2 tsp oil and mix well soya kheema, then add carrot and salt to taste, mix well and make lemon size balls from it.
Deep fry the balls until become golden brown.
Now for gravy, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, when it gets hot saute ginger garlic, spring onions and sliced capsicum for little.
Add mixture of corn flour and water, cook it for 15 minutes.
Now add salt, black pepper powder, chilli sauce and soya sauce, cook it for 5-10 minutes more at a medium flame, till the gravy thickens.
Now add deep fried balls in the prepared gravy, add water to the gravy if it is very thick then add tomato ketchup (it’s optional) for taste.
Cook for 5 minutes, once ready, garnish it with spring onions and serve hot.
