  • 1 Bowl Soya Chunks Soaked and Boiled.
  • ½ Cup Grated Carrot.
  • 1 Cup Chopped Spring Onions.
  • 1 tsp Chopped Ginger Garlic.
  • 1 Piece Capsicum.
  • ¼ Cup Gram Flour.
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup. Optional.
  • 2 tsp Corn Flour.
  • Salt and Black Pepper Powder as per taste.
  • Oil for Deep Fry.


  • First of all remove the water from boiled soya chunks, then grind it in a mixer blender.
  • Now add gram flour and 2 tsp oil and mix well soya kheema, then add carrot and salt to taste, mix well and make lemon size balls from it.
  • Deep fry the balls until become golden brown.
  • Now for gravy, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, when it gets hot saute ginger garlic, spring onions and sliced capsicum for little.
  • Add mixture of corn flour and water, cook it for 15 minutes.
  • Now add salt, black pepper powder, chilli sauce and soya sauce, cook it for 5-10 minutes more at a medium flame, till the gravy thickens.
  • Now add deep fried balls in the prepared gravy, add water to the gravy if it is very thick then add tomato ketchup (it’s optional) for taste.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, once ready, garnish it with spring onions and serve hot.
