  • 1 Cup Potato.
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour.
  • 10-12 Baby Corn.
  • ¼ Cup Corn Kernels.
  • ¼ Cup Green Peas.
  • ¼ Cup Shredded Carrot.
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala.
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala.
  • ½ Cup Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • 2 tbsp Oil.
  • Salt to Taste.


  • Crush fresh corn kernels. Peel, wash carrots and grate it. Blenched and crush green peas. Boil, cool, peel and mash potatoes.
  • Heat oil in pan, when it gets heated add ginger, garlic, green chilli paste and saute it.
  • Take all vegetables, add garam masala powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder, salt to taste, chopped coriander leaves and mix gently then add corn starch and mix well.
  • Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, take little mixture, shape it like a ball and put it into hot oil to test whether it retains its shape or breaks. If it breaks add little more corn starch and mix. If the baby corns are small and thin take whole or split in.
  • Divide the prepared mixture equally and shape into balls, put a ball of each baby corn to make a lollipop. Sprinkle some corn starch on it.
  • Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry till became golden brown.
  • Drain onto an absorbent paper and serve hot with chutney of your choice.
