For Bhajani Making:
First of all dry roast all the ingredients one by one in a heavy bottom pan, roast till they get lightly browned and get aroma.
Once they get roasted properly, cool them down completely.
Now mix all the ingredients and grind to a fine powder in a mixer grinder, store it in an airtight container. (You can use it for make Thalipeeth also).
First of all boil potato until just tender then peel and chop it finely.
Now chop the cauliflower and onion finely.
Now shred the cabbage and chop the spinach, put both in a big bowl.
Add bhajni flour, oil, ground cumin and salt mix it well by adding little water, let the batter rest for half an hour in a warm place.
Now add vegetables in it and mix evenly, heat oil for deep frying the pakoras.
When oil gets heated fry the pakoras till they get golden brown and crispy, drain pakoras on paper towels and serve immediately.
Serve the mix vegetable pakora with coriander or mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
