Mango Jalebi Recipe | Indian Sweet Recipe
Mango Jalebi is a very delicious and newly Invented Indian sweet recipe.
- 1 Alphonso Mango Ripe.
- 250 gm Sugar.
- 1 gm Kesar or Saffron.
- 250 ml Water.
- 100 gm Curd.
- 200 gm Maida.
- 500 gm Ghee.
- Silver Wark.
Mix maida and curd 1 day before to create batter.
Melt sugar with water to make syrup out of it, add milk to solution to remove the blackness of the syrup.
Cut mango slice and keep it aside, take a pan and heat it with ghee make oil hot.
Once oil get hot dip the mango slice in the batter and fry it in pan.
Once fried soak it in the sugar syrup and take out then garnish it with saffron, silver wark and serve.
